The following route (117 km) took us, in a leisurely pace, approximately a day: Hope Bay - Barbados Bay - Carapuse Bay - Argyle Waterfalls - King's Bay - Speyside - Flagstaff Hill - Charlotteville - Pirate's Bay - back to Crown Point
