Thoughts on Traveling
Traveling plays a very important role in my life... I couldn't imagine life without exploring our wonderful planet. There is so much to see, so much to do, so much to experience, so much to learn... it is about taking in what the world has to offer.
I've stayed in 5-star hotels, in hostels, in dormitories, slept in tents in the middle of nowhere or under the open sky; traveled on planes, trains, buses, cars, rickshaws, jeepneys, horses, boats, or just simply walked; visited megacities and lonesome mountains; enjoyed luxury but also simplicity; marveled at cultural sights but also at natural wonders; smelled fresh and polluted air; listened to various languages, that I didn't speak but somehow understood nevertheless; tasted all kinds of yummy and not-so yummy food; ... no matter where to and how long I travel, I always travel with passion, curiosity and an open heart.
